Paul Nad Sharlene Magnarella

Dear Ann and Family, Sharlene and I were saddened to learn of Don’s passing. We remember fondly our visit to your lovely home back in 2008. Don and you were so very hospitable. I had known Don since the 1950s when we both attended Crosby High School in Waterbury, Connecticut. We connected again many years later when Don was Assistant Principal at Essex Junction High School and I was teaching at the University of Vermont. He greatly enjoyed reestablishing ties with friends. In fact, our last conversations were about the possibility of having one more Crosby High reunion. I’ll always remember Don as a fine person, a loving husband and father, and a pillar of his community. His passing is a great loss to many, but, I am sure, you will have many happy memories to treasure in his absence.
