Obituary for Judy Arlene Normandin

Essex Junction - Judy A. Normandin, 73, passed away peacefully at home on October 25, 2022 with her loving family and dogs by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born December 18, 1948 , in Colchester, Vermont, daughter of the late Joseph and Jeannette (Couillard) Normandin.

Judy attended St. Francis Xavier and Winooski High School, class of 1966. Judy worked many years in the ski industry as a credit manager and spent her last 10 years delivering prescriptions for Kinney Drugs; a job she loved and took great pride in. Judy liked to live the quiet life. She was a dog lover, an avid reader, loved to travel, and was well known on the block for handing out snacks to dogs and wildlife alike.

Judy is survived by her daughter, Nicolle “Nikki” Normandin of Brandon; her beloved and loyal dog, Chance; her sister and brother-in-law, Jackie and Ed Campbell of Essex Junction; her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Suzanne Normandin of Milton; two nephews and their spouses Brian and Lisa Campbell; Kevin and Kara Campbell; two nieces Heidi Normandin and Heather Dumont. She is also survived by many cousins and friends both near and far.

To go along with her wishes and the wishes of her family, there will be no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday November 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier, Winooski with Reverend Yvon Royer officiating. Inurnment will follow in the family lot at St. Francis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
