Condolence: My little brother, who at times referred to himself as "the little one", has always had a special place in my heart. The past few years we have received many letters from him, in which he always told my husband Scott and myself that he loved us. He always asked about not only my children but also Scott's. He has had a rough time of it and yet he was cheerful and upbeat. He touched so many people with his happy heart and generous nature! And his sense of humor, too. He is missed by all of us, but he is in a better place. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and love you have shown my little brother.

Condolence: My condolences to the family. I had known Shannon since we were teenagers. We worked together nights at the Rutland Herald, then I later worked in Pittsford where Shannon rented and lived for years. He always had a smile on his face and in turn put one on others. I'm thankful we had a chance to visit last fall at the nursing home and share old stories. He will be missed. May he Rest In Peace.

Shanon would write me from time to time and we would correspond. He would always ask about the gang from Rutland and Pittsford and the boys at Jerry's Nissan when they were open.
